Refund Policy

At redicinemedsol.com, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

Full Refund/Exchange Possible If:

  1. You received a defective item;

  2. The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;

  3. An item(s) is missing from your order

Please Note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is for a Cash on Delivery payment, we will require an image of a voided cheque leaf or of a bank statement to ensure that the account numbers are accurate. Once approved COD refunds may take as long as 3 weeks.

If you want to exchange, same product will be delivered to you in 7-10 days to exchange request approval. (Subject to Availability)

How to Request a Refund/Exchange:

To request a refund/exchange for a defective or damaged item, send the email request to support@redicinemedsol.com, with your Order ID as the Subject Line, along with a photo of the damaged item(s). To request a refund for a missing item(s), send the email request to support@redicinemedsol.com with your order ID, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund and specifying which items were missing. In the case of “missing” claims we will review the packing video to make sure all items were placed in the package.

Return Policy

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 10 working days of receipt.

Return Policy Exceptions

Redicine reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as "Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."
